Chewy THC white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies with delicious bursts of white chocolate and cranberry. Tasty with and without THC

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 252 degrees °F. Add together butter and shatter into a small glass dish, and place into the oven for 27 minutes.

    Make sure the decarb process is complete before starting the recipe.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees °F.

  3. Step 3

    In a large bowl, cream butter, decarbed shatter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla then eggs, one at a time to ensure an even mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture.

  5. Step 5

    Stir in the oats, raisins, cranberries, orange zest and white chocolate chips.

  6. Step 6

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees °F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
